We have signed the Vienna declaration which associates addictions and hiv/aids ,
reenforcing our isaac involment and commitment.
WE INTEND TO EMPHASIZE THE ELEMENTS OF VIENNA DECLATION AS WE MOVE FORWARD WITH OUR HEALING AND RECOVERY MISSION.
COMPONENTS OF THE DECLARATION

Undertake a trans parent review of the the effevtiveness of current drug policies .

Impliment and evaluate a scienc e based public health approach to address the individual and cummunity harms stemming from illicit drug use .

Decriminalize drug users , scale up evidenc e based drug dependence treatment options and abolish ineffective compulsory drug treatments centres that violate the universal declaration of humand rights .

Unequivocally endorse and scale up funding for the implimentation of comprenhensive parkages of hiv interventions spelled out in who, unodc and unaids targeting quide .

Meaningfully involve members of the affected community in developing , monitoring and implimenting services and policies that affect their lives .
We further call upon the un sect general Ban ki-Moon to urgently implement measures to ensure that the united nation system including the international narcotics control board speaks with one voice to support the decriminalisation of drug users and the implimentation of evidence based approaches to drug control.
